I like the strong color pallete of red, black and white. Very clean. I question the thick red double band though, look a little heavy.
i like the simplicity of your website and the usage of colors~ seems two red bars are very strong visually, it grasps my attention at the first time i c your web pages^^
You may want to consider moving the search bar to the top of the page. As the content changes from page to page, it may become an issue.
